2013 Proposed Rule & Regulation Amendments

The Commission will be holding a public hearing on changes to the Title 299, Chapters 7 & 9 on September 27, 2013.  The proposed amendments will provide that both the broker-approved training recognition and time-share exchange agent filings expire after 3 years.
