Real Estate Broker Renewal Information

This section is intended to assist individuals in renewing their real estate broker license in the State of Nebraska.

NEW FOR THOSE RENEWING ON ACTIVE STATUS- You will not be able to complete the renewal form or submit the form unless your continuing education has been met and your error & omissions insurance has been verified to our office.

NOTICE: ALL RENEWALS SUBMITTED AFTER NOVEMBER 30, 2023, WILL BE SUBJECT TO A LATE FEE OF $25.00 PER MONTH OR ANY PORTION OF A MONTH BEGINNING DECEMBER 1, 2023. THE OPTION TO RENEW LATE EXPIRES AT 5:00 P.M. (CDT) July 1, 2024.

Instructions for Renewing an Active or Inactive Designated/Employing Broker and Associate Broker License

Submit Broker Renewal Form Online*

*Note: If you need to submit additional information to complete your renewal you must have already submitted it to our office PRIOR to completing the online form and must indicate on the form how the additional information was submitted.

Please remember that you CANNOT fill out online renewals for anyone but yourself. IF MULTIPLE LICENSEES USE THE SAME COMPUTER TO RENEW THEIR LICENSE ONLINE, THEY MUST LOGOUT OF THEIR LICENSEE PORTAL AND LOGIN USING THEIR INDIVIDUAL LICENSEE PORTAL ACCESSED BY ENTERING THEIR USER NAME AND PASSWORD. ANY ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE BESIDES YOUR OWN WILL INVALIDATE THE RENEWAL FORM. It is recommended that you keep a copy of the submission page for your records.
