Real Estate Examination Procedures

Application Procedures

The staff of the Real Estate Commission will process and pre-qualify candidates to sit for the examination. Applications must be submitted to the Commission and all necessary documentation will be required prior to candidates being authorized to take the examination. Application fees and examination fees must be paid to the Commission.

The staff will notify the testing company, Applied Measurement Professionals (AMP), of those eligible to sit for the examination. Candidates will then contact AMP, directly, to make an appointment to take the examination. Appointments will only be scheduled for those who have completed the pre-qualification and have been referred on to AMP by the Commission staff.

Location 1:  Lincoln
     H&R Block Tax Office
     2365 "O" Street
     Lincoln, Nebraska

Directions: O Street is US 34.  Park in the lot on the west side of the tax office and enter via the west door marked "AMP Assessment Center." Map This Location

Location 2:  North Platte
     H&R Block Tax Office
     503 East 4th Street
     North Platte, Nebraska

Directions: Five blocks East of the intersection of US 83 and US 30 (4th Street) Highways. Map This Location

Location 3:  Omaha
     H&R Block Premium Office
     1309 Harlan Drive, 1st Floor
     Bellevue, Nebraska

Directions:  1.3 miles East of the intersection of Highway 75 and Highway 370 (Harlan Drive).  Two miles West of the Bellevue Bridge across the Missouri River.  Located in a two-story stucco building across the street from the No Frills Plaza. Map This Location
