Examination Passing Roster:
Interested parties can subscribe to the monthly Examination Passing Roster, which includes the name and address of all applicants who passed an examination during the previous month. The roster is not available for publication until after the Commission Meeting in the ensuing month, e.g. January roster not available until after the February Commission Meeting. Please refer to the Fee Schedule for the annual Examination Passing Roster subscription fee, which must be paid prior to receiving the Examination Passing Roster by mail. Commission Meeting Notices and Tentative Agendas:
Commission Meetings are held approximately ten times per year. Click here for the Notices for the upcoming Meetings, and the Tentative Agenda for the next Meeting. These are updated as needed to reflect the most current information available.
Interested parties can also subscribe to receive Notices and Tentative Agendas by mail. Notices include meeting locations, date, and time, as published in the Lincoln Journal Star and the Omaha Daily Record 30 days prior to the applicable Meeting, and as available through the link above. Tentative Agendas specify what will be discussed at the applicable Meeting, as of the day the Agendas are mailed, and list future Meeting dates. The most current information is available at the link above.
Notices and Tentative Agendas are emailed approximately one week prior to the Meeting, and kept current on the web site. The is no subscription fee. Contact the Administrative Assistant at (402) 471-2004 or email realestate.commission@nebraska.gov to subscribe.

Interested parties can also subscribe to receive Commission Meeting Minutes by mail. Minutes include synopses of discussion during the applicable Meeting, votes on various Agenda items, and actions taken regarding Complaints and Hearings. The most current Minutes are available at the link above.
Commission Meeting Minutes are mailed and posted to the web site after approval by the Commission at the following Meeting. Please refer to the Fee Schedule for the annual Commission Meeting Minutes subscription fee, which must be paid prior to receiving the Minutes by mail.
