2023 Proposed Rule Amendments

On February 23, 2023, the Commission will be holding public hearing on Amendments to Nebraska Real Estate Commission Regulations Title 299, Chapters 1, 2, 5, and 7, and Title 301, Chapter 1, related to clean up of obsolete language and references, changes related to real estate education and activity reporting and offering equitable interests in real property.
