        • Copy of Approved Filing made with the Nebraska Secretary of State's Office
            • Trade Name Filing-(Required for all general parnerhsips. Only required for LP's and LLP's when doing business in a trade name)

            • Statment of Qulaification as a Limited Liability Parnership
              OR
            • Registration of Foreign LP to Transact Business in Nebraska

        • Copy of Proof of Pulication in any Nebraska newspaper

        • Partnership Subordination Resolution- (Download or Submit Online)

        • Partner(s') Name(s) & Residence Address(es) Survey (if other field & have employees)-(Download or Submit Online)
